SHIPPING METHODS

Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. For order inquiries from other countries, please send us an email to hello@mommyspa.de.

Shipping takes place safely and quickly with our shipping partner DHL GoGreen within 3-4 working days from the date of your order. As soon as the package has been handed over to DHL, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.

The shipping costs depend on the value of the goods and the weight of the delivery and start at €2.90 (Germany) or €3.90 (Austria/Switzerland).

Please note that in Switzerland you may have to bear duties.

Shipping is free from a purchase value of €50 (Germany) or €60 (Austria/Switzerland).

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we can only reimburse you for the full cost of the purchase amount for items that are in their original packaging and are unused, since the resale of the goods is no longer guaranteed if they show signs of use. Therefore, please note that used items will be deducted from the purchase price by 50% and we reserve the right to refrain from a refund in individual cases.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the costs of the return. Thanks for understanding!
